First foray into Campaign and some small AI improvements

There's probably going to be a delay before the next release. Not that I had any times planned. I'm re-writing the attack system to allow for buffs/debuffs, and apparently balancing games is really hard. 

Anyway, the last release was broken as I forgot to build with the assets packs. You can now at least play the game with the download. Have a great day!
